Well, the good news is it doesn't hurt to knit or spin. The bad news is, I don't do either of those for a living (yet).

Glad to see you're spinning! Is that new for you? I'm a very bad, inexperienced, but long-time spinner. :) Does that make sense?
Sugar - you take care of those wrists. They're needed for spinning and knitting and petting animals.

Feel better! Husband has a wrist that troubles him from time to time. Combing fleece seems to aggravate it. You take care of yourself.
