A time to sow

There's something about Spring, isn't there?

The coldness slides off like the icicles from the roof, and slowly the sun begins to show it's strength. Green peeks up from hardened earth, and the titter of birds echo through the trees. Daffodils and Crocuses sprout up so suddenly we barely remember how barren the terrain was before they were there.

Then there's that itch. The itch to take part in it all. To be out in the sun and the blooming and blossoming. To watch the earth reawaken, to experience it first-hand, to be part of it. To revel in the growing, and living and creating.

It's an itch that goes beyond the desire to be outside.... it creeps into our offices, and onto our computer screens. You can see it in the number of blogs that appear each Spring... March and April - they're kitten months in the shelters and blog months on the internet.

(c'mon, haven't you figured it out yet???)

Amie, are trying to tell us something? Are you having your own personal "kitten" season? Now I'm all intrigued. It's much better than the crying-smiley blues!

Could it be? Would it be? I don't want to be presumptious, but who is that little yellow and blue sweater for anyhow!?!

ROFL - Sorry girls, no kittens in this house (the baby sweater really is for the baby whose picture I showed)... Since I wasn't clear above, how 'bout checking the archives down below???

Chalk up yet another person who thought you were announcing a pregnancy. You have to be careful with these things you know! All sorts of crazy rumors could start running around about you. :)
