Is anyone else feeling a little weak??? You see above proof why I don't allow myself to bring anything other than cash to these things. I have no idea how much I spent. But I do know it wasn't more than I could afford. I also know none of what I bought was on my list...

I think I need to lie down.

But without a doubt, the very best part of the weekend was spending time with some wonderful wonderful women that are always very close to my heart, though seldom close enough to hug. Tons of hugs were exchanged this weekend, and they'll have to get us through til next time. I love you guys SO MUCH.

More details for the rest of the week. For now, I need to catch up on office work!!!

hey!

Wished I could have seen MORE of you.. but that is the nature of these fests. Amy and I were on another time zone and missed you completely. Boo-hoo.

More soon. Sue had fun btw. she bought wool and roving for HERSELF!

Nice haul! My list had 3 items on it. I'm too scared to actually sit down and examine what actually came home with me.

Sorry I didn't get to meet you!

It was great to meet you face to face. Like Purlewe I wish I had seen more of you. I agree, it should be a month long event. NH sheep and wool is this weekend, if you drive up I'll take you. You know you need more! :)

I don't normally have pangs of jealousy but "I'm BIG TIME jealous". Although I still have "stuff" I haven't touched from last year.

Good going with sticking with cash...nice to return home without regrets.

Amie,
Thanks for the welcome to the spinning wheel. It looks like you are set for fiber for a bit eh?? At this moment, I am trying to contain my purchases and tame the beast living in my studio. I could have had 3 fleeces for free, and declined. They were suffolk fleeces, and are better off where they are, with the shearer. He was fast, about 4 minits to shear a ewe!
