We had a white English Bull Terrier many years ago, and decided, as a JOKE to train her to commands in German (husband is German-born).
Emma was VERY smart, smart enough to play dumb when it suited her.......! But the greatest entertainment was from the people who thought she was some sort of genius for understanding commands in German. Derrrrrrr!
